Properties: Milky Quartz (Snow Quartz) is actually an opaque Rock Crystal . This opaque white color is due to the inclusions which remained imprisoned during its birth and which therefore gives it a milky appearance.

Softer than traditional Quartz, its energy is closer to Rose Quartz , more radiant. It promotes meditation and sleep. It easily soothes nervous people, regulating their nervous systems and their adrenaline productions.

The Milky Quartz also helps to calm the heartbeat and to access calm and deep breathing.
