Properties: The group of Garnets is rich and varied, most of these stones fight poverty of blood and fatigue.
Almandine Garnet helps regulate blood circulation, placed on the Heart Chakra , it promotes hemoglobin levels, increases plasma, regulates heart disorders and blood pressure. It is obviously also useful in case of anemia.
The Almandine is mainly suggested for calm people and strongly discouraged for hypertensives, angry people, jealous people... because placed on the Solar Plexus Chakra, it gives a lot of energy. On the Sacral Chakra, it stimulates the liver, the spleen and our sexual organs, to which it gives strength and vigor. Associated with a Jade , it fights the absence of desire and impotence.
This variety of Garnet is also favorable in case of arthritis and rheumatism.

Andradite Garnet
Andradite is a stone that promotes the assimilation of iron, calcium and magnesium in the body. Applied on the Root Chakra or on the folds of the groin, it particularly helps people who suffer from blood problems.
On the Solar Plexus Chakra, Andradite transmits enormous energy and strength to us. A good warrior, it is also very effective against dysfunctions of the liver, gallbladder and intestines.
Demantoid Garnet
Demantoid Garnet is very rare and very expensive, most of the time when found it is also very small. Affixed to the Heart Chakra, it improves blood circulation and strengthens the heart. On the Third Eye Chakra, it balances opposing feelings, such as passion and reason.
This stone can be substituted by a green Tourmaline or a Peridot .
Grossular Garnet
Affixed to the Chakra of the solar plexus, the Grossular Garnet helps us to recognize our qualities allowed our defects. It restores our esteem and strengthens our courage to move forward. Still on the Solar Plexus Chakra, Grossular Garnet promotes the regularization of stools, diarrhea and constipation problems. Rhodolite Garnet
Rhodolite Garnet effectively fights blood poisoning. This stone is perfect for all people who wish to do a detoxification cure (tobacco, drugs, etc.). In addition to purifying, it gives us enough strength and courage to stop everything from ourselves. However, in the event of a cure, it is still preferable to associate it with a Rose Quartz or another stone with soothing properties.
Spessartite Garnet
Spessartite Garnet has properties very close to those of Almandine Garnet. However, it is still much softer. Affixed to the Solar Plexus Chakra, it soothes our soul and calms the depressed, by spreading a message of hope throughout our being. : "The thinning comes after the rain".
Garnet Tsavorite
The Tsavorite Garnet diffuses in us a very great power but for a short duration. It effectively and practically instantly soothes all acute pain. The only downside is that you have to purify and recharge the stone before each use.
Garnet Uvarovite
Uvarovite Garnet is found mostly scattered on a rock, in very small crystals. It looks a lot like its brother the Demantoid Garnet, mainly in its color but also in its properties. Its energy is much more diffuse but very powerful.
It also resembles Dioptase , which does not, however, belong to the Garnet family.
